Reactions
to the new single "Genom allt" |
Dagens Nyheter:
So what about the performances in the intermission? Well, it's
a delicate matter. Remember how Tommy Körberg made us forget
all the competing artists by singing "Anthem" from
Chess at a Swedish Song Contest in the beginning of the 90's.
I couldn't help to think of that last night when Carola made
her comeback. A number of interesting things to note:
- She had written the song herself
- Her outfit was gorgeous
- She used a fan, just like she did with "Captured By A
Lovestorm"
And she had of course easily won if she was participating in
the contest. This amazing song "Genom allt", a love
song to both God and man will most likely become a hit on radio.
Gyllene Skor:
Some other details fell into place during the dress rehearsal.
Most importantly, Carola, who was missing from the rehearsal
yesterday. Just like a lovestorm she entered the stage to celebrate
SVT's new trophy Den stora sångfågeln.
Carola performs her new song Genom allt, which reminds us of
the old Carola - it makes me think about Captured By A Lovestorm.
If Carola would have been in the competition, she would have
won it again, but this time she is just entertaining in the
intermission, and does so in an amazing way!
Helsingsborgs Dagblad:
... But to see Carola live in the Globe Arena beats everything
and the audience was swaying from side to side enjoying Carolas
new song "Genom allt".
