Carola performs"Sanna vänner" together with Olympic
gold medalist Carolina Klüft, at her welcome home celebration
in Växjö.

Carola is one of many artists that performs in Jacob's Church
in Oslo, Norway to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Kristelig
Kulturverksted. Carola released three albums with KKV; "Blott
en dag " (1998), "Jul i Betlehem" (1999), and
"Sov på min arm" (2001).
OCTOBER 2
Carola cancels her participation at the Nordic04 concert at
Scandinavium, Gothenburg due to her mothers ill health.

Carola performs at a hotel opening in Gothenburg.

Carola is one of the artists performing at the "Sånger
För Livet" Concert at the Globe Arena in Stockholm.
Other performing artists: Tito Beltran, Kajsa-Stina Åkerström,
and Mikael Wiehe. The concert is recorded and later released
as a CD; "Sånger För Livet 6" that includes
two songs with Carola.
OCTOBER 17
Carola is one of the artists performing at the annual
Norwegian charity event TV Aksjonen, NRK1.
OCTOBER 27
The compilation CD "Unik" is released in
Sweden. Carola sings "Det lilla ljus jag har" together
with Oh Happy Day. This project is created by FUB, an organisation
for mentally disabled children.
NOVEMBER 9
Carola performs at the release party for Edward John's
new album in Jacob's Church in Oslo, Norway. Together they sang
the duet "I Give You My Heart" from the album, "Find
Me Guilty".
NOVEMBER 11
Carola performs at the TV show TV-huset. Recorded
on November 3, Carola sang "Åt Alla" from her
latest album "Credo" and Stevie Wonder's "For
Once In My Life", plus gave a long and openhearted interview.
Plus she witnessed when a young girl tested her knowledge in
the subject "Carola" in the competition "Kvitt
eller dubbelt".
NOVEMBER 12
The planned German tour "Rhapsody in Rock"
with Robert Wells is cancelled after the producers fail to pay
the advance fee for the concerts. Carola and Robert Wells has
also recorded a duet for a German release; "Never Quite
Like This", but this project is also canned.
NOVEMBER 15
Carola performs a 45 minute show at a private party
for Eurocard.
NOVEMBER 17
The DVD "Julkonsert" is released in Sweden.
NOVEMBER 29
Carola performs a concert in Åre, Sweden.
DECEMBER 1
Carola sings "Låt mina fötter få
gå" at the annual Faddergalan in Stockholm, where
she also was one of the hosts. The gala managed to get 10.000
Swedes to call in to sponsor a child.
DECEMBER 4
Carola kicks off her Christmas tour "Jul i Betlehem"
in Nordichallen in Sundsvall. 6 concerts.
DECEMBER 29
"18 Bästa" is released in Sweden.
