The single "Fångad Av En Stormvind" is released.

The tour starts in Vemdalen.
The press calls it a new Carola mania.
The concert at Liseberg, Gothenburg (May 8) has an audience of 31.000, which is the largest concert audience in Sweden 1991.
The concert at Gröna Lund, Stockholm has an audience of 23.000, which is the fourth largest concert audience in 1991.

Eurovision Song Contest.
Carola, Sweden 146 points, France 146 poäng (A tie between Sweden and France. Usually the song with the highest number of top scores, 12 points, wins. But Sweden and France has as many. But Sweden wins, since they have the highest number of 10 point scores.)

"Much More" is released all over Europe in an international version.
"Fångad Av En Stormvind" is no 1 on Svensktoppen (Swedish Top Ten) for 7 weeks.

The album "Hits" is released.
The album eventually reach gold status.

"Hits" enters at no 20 on the Swedish albums chart, which is its peak position. It stays on the chart for 8 weeks.

The tour starts in Gårdskär.

Carola is the final act on GospelGlobe in the Globe Arena, Stockholm.

Barncancerfonden (Child Cancer Fundation) holds an auction of jeans jackets design by a number of celebrities. The jacket designed by Carola was sold for 35.000 SEK (Aprrox $3.500)
